Open spaces in and surrounding urban areas are utilised by unemployed persons who are paid from a managed fund, on a commission and performance related basis for organic fruit and vegetable and value added food production, which has taken as their work and thus creativity.
This creativity of growers is further more expression of their love or their fellow humans and Mother Earth.
It is a community beneficial system operating on a low initial external input and based on sound economic principle of utilisation of resource s close a possible if not within the vicinity of delivery of products, goods and services.
